Questionnaire Assistance Centers (QACs)/ Be Counted Sites

Questionnaire Assistance Centers are designated spaces in Hennepin County Libraries and Service Centers where staff from the Local Census Office will be available to answer questions about:
  • Completing your 2010 Census form
  • Pick up an extension form or a replacement form
  • Help you fill out your Census form in a language familiar to you
  • Answer general questions
Be Counted Sites are designated spaces where Census 2010 forms will be available, however these sites will not be staffed by a local census bureau worker. At a Be Counted Site you will be able to:
  • Pick up an extension form or a replacement form
All Census forms are in postage paid, pre-addressed envelopes and telephone assistance center staff will also be able to answer questions in many other languages and TDD.

If you have questions about the questionnaire, call the Telephone Questionnaire Assistance center at one of the numbers listed below. The phone lines will be open from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. (your local time) seven days a week from February 25, 2010 through July 30, 2010.

Census Forms in Other Languages

The Census Bureau will make guides available online in more than 50 languages and can provide 22 of those language guides by mail. The English and bilingual forms will both list a toll-free number for callers to request forms in one of the non-English primary languages:
  • Spanish
  • Simplified Chinese
  • Vietnamese
  • Korean
  • Russian
