Vendor Forms: Workplace Safety

Property Services requires vendors contracted by the county to complete one or more of these forms before starting construction jobs in county facilities:

• Project Safety & Environment Checklist: the construction project apparent low bidder must complete and submit in good faith.
• Hot Work Permit: complete and submit as appropriate.
• Confined Space Entry Permit: submit, as appropriate, for each project.
• Contractor Safety at Hennepin County: Construction and Trades vendors to review prior to work at Hennepin County.
• Hennepin County Safe Design requirements

Bidders should be aware of, but do not need to make submittals to the county regarding the MPCA Pre-Demoliton Rule.
