The One-Day DWI program is an alternative sanction for first-time DWI offenders. The program provides a prompt and consistent response to prevent repeat offenses for offenders with a blood alcohol content of .19 or less.
Participants attend programming that combines:
Some clients may be referred to perform community service on the Sentencing to Service program in addition to completing the One-Day DWI program.

The program is held most Saturdays from 7:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. with a quarterly session presented in Spanish.

The One-Day DWI fee is $375 ($250 for public defender clients).
Paying in-person
Payments are accepted in person until one day prior to your scheduled program at the probation office located near the courts where sentencing occurs. Locations include:
