Regionalization
Hennepin County’s Human Services and Public Health Department (HSPHD) is strategically locating its services in six regional sites to improve access and expand community-based involvement. We have launched a geographic, community-based approach to improve client service delivery and results for both individuals and families (Better Lives) and to build community assets (Stronger Communities). Ground-breaking for the NW Regional Site is expected in the Fall of 2010.
