Discharges most duties associated with the County Auditor and County Treasurer. 

• Auditor duties include maintenance of tax descriptions for all parcels of land, certification of tax status, processing special assessment levies, processing of abatements, calculating the tax rates, and those duties associated with tax forfeited land including conducting land auctions.
• Treasurer duties include the mailing of tax statements, collection and distribution of taxes, and processing of refunds.
