Medical Examiner's Office
The Hennepin County Medical Examiner provides death investigative services and forensic autopsy services for deaths that occur in Hennepin, Dakota and Scott counties.

Adult Probation Services
This program provides an array of services for Hennepin County District Court, defendants and offenders, victims of crimes, and the community.
Community Corrections and Rehabilitation
This department supervises more than 32,000 adult and juvenile offenders in institutions, on probation/parole, or in the Sentencing to Service Program.
Juvenile Probation Services
Juvenile Probation employees serve multiple functions within the juvenile justice system. Their work and interventions begin almost immediately after a juvenile is arrested.
Neighborhood Probation
Adult Field Services (AFS) provides an array of services in neighborhoods for Hennepin County District Court, defendants and and offenders, victims of crimes, and the community.
One Day DWI Program
Hennepin County's One-Day DWI Program is an alternative sanction for first-time DWI offenders with a BAC of .19 or less.
Sentencing to Service
This program is a community service work program that allows qualified low-risk offenders to complete court-ordered obligations and learn new work skills in lieu of jail time and/or fines.

Adult Corrections Facility
This facility provides short-term custody and programming for about 6,000 men and women annually who serve sentences of up to one year for felony, gross misdemeanor, or misdemeanor offenses.
Hennepin County Home School
The County Home School is a state-licensed residential treatment center for adolescent male and female offenders ages 13 through 20 who are committed by the court.

Juvenile Detention Center
The Hennepin County Juvenile Detention Center is a 123-bed secure detention facility for male and female offenders up to age 18 who are awaiting court disposition.
