Driver

Driver's Instruction Permit: New
To qualify for an Instruction Permit you must be 15 years old, completed 30 hours of classroom instruction, be in a behind-the-wheel course, complete a drivers application and pay appropriate fees.

Provisional Driver's License
To qualify for a Provisional License you must be at least 16, have completed 30 hours of classroom and behind-the-wheel instruction, have passed a road test, have had an instruction permit for at least six months and pay appropriate fees.
