Hennepin County Summer on the Plaza presents some of the hottest afternoon entertainment available downtown. Liven up your lunch – or briefly escape the cubicle – and join us at the Hennepin County Government Center's North Plaza for musicians, actors, dancers, educators and more! Hennepin County Public Affairs arranges all performances, which are uncompensated.

May 7	Armour High School Band and Choir	High school band and choir from Armour, South Dakota
May 16 (Rain date May 23)	The Little Thunderbirds Drum and Dance Troupe	Enjoy the beauty, athleticism and majesty of the many dances performed by the troupe, featuring dance regalia and traditional songs from the Northern Plains
May 17	Hennepin County Master Gardeners	Container, annuals and plants for tough spaces
May 24	Ladyslipper	Early music ensemble performs jazz, Latin, Baroque and contemporary and traditional music
May 30	Southwest Band Group	Part of the five schools in the Southwest Marching Band, which has been national recognized in School Band and Orchestra
