When an IT consulting need arises, we request offers from the firms on the roster. Firms with a well-qualified candidate may submit an offer to be considered for the engagement.
Program goals
- Elevate competition by increasing participating firms
- Maintain diversity with respect to size and targeted small business status
- Expedite the process of soliciting and engaging well-qualified consultants
Program details
- Applications to get on the roster are taken annually in the fall
- Each firm is required to sign a principal agreement with the legal terms before being added to the roster
- Firms already on the roster do not have to re-apply unless their contract is expiring
- Only firms on the roster can compete for program engagements
- Joining the program is not a guarantee of work
