All Hennepin County Sheriff’s Offices and Hennepin County Library locations

The Hennepin County Sheriff's Office (HCSO) conducts an annual donation drive to collect cold weather items for those in need, including homeless and unsheltered individuals in Hennepin County.

Items being requested include new or gently used coats, hats, mittens, boots, scarves, new socks, and disposable hand/foot warmers. HCSO requests that individuals do not donate used items that require extensive cleaning or repair.
