Paths to Positivity – 2023

This five-week campaign promotes mental well-being in your workplace and helps your employees live happier, healthier lives through connection, mindfulness, and purpose.

Power up with plants – 2023

This four-week challenge encourages employees to eat more plant-based foods for personal and environmental health.

Step to it challenge – May (yearly)

Motivate people to get more active during this four-week physical activity challenge that happens every year in May. Compete with other organizations in Hennepin County to earn recognition and rewards.

Take it outside!

Take it outside! is a four-week challenge designed to help employees reap the physical and emotional rewards of spending more time outside being active.

The Frosty Four – December (yearly)

Encourage your employees to focus on the pillars of wellbeing over the winter months with this four-week campaign. The four pillars of well-being are: physical, mental, social, and financial health.
