The tuberculosis control program accepts clients by referral. We don't provide routine screening for work or school.

If you are younger than 18, you must come with a parent or legal guardian for immunizations.
Bring your immunization records with you to the clinic.

The Public Health Clinic does not offer all travel vaccinations.
People who are seeking travel vaccinations should visit an international/travel clinic.

Adults 18+ with or without insurance (public or private).
Children who are uninsured or who have public insurance.
Children who have private insurance are not able to receive immunizations at the Public Health Clinic.

Vaccines are by appointment only.

We offer clients free parking vouchers for the HCMC parking ramp on 6th and Portland.
