Instructions for Hennepin County employees and public using county Wi-Fi

You must use Internet Explore to stream videos if you are using internet provided from inside a county building.

How to stream live videos

• Click “View Live Event” under the “Upcoming Events” heading.
• We are streaming meetings through Adobe Connect to allow for virtual participation. If you have trouble connecting, please use these instructions to troubleshoot (PDF).

How to stream archived videos

1. Click on the appropriate tab: “Board,” “Committees,” “Rail Authority,” or “HRA” (Housing and Redevelopment Authority), under the “Archived Videos” heading.
2. Locate the meeting within the chronological list under the tab. The most recent meeting appears at the top.
3. Click on the name of the meeting to stream the meeting with documents.

How to save a video

• Click “MP4 video” to save a video file to your device

How to view the agenda only

1. Click on the appropriate tab: “Board,” “Committees,” “Rail Authority,” or “HRA” (Housing and Redevelopment Authority), under the “archived Videos” heading.
2. Locate the meeting within the chronological list under the tab. The most recent meeting appears at the top.
3. Use the “Documents” pull-down menu to see the agenda.
